United Homes Xchange (UPX) launched in February 0f 2009
as Las Vegas’s Premier Residential Real Estate Investment site. Specifically
designed for cash investors, UPX offers our clients the ability to sell and
purchase homes directly on-line. Taking an innovative approach to the current
real estate market, UPX transactions are completely paper-less with all
contracts and disclosures being signed electronically through DocuSign. Closing
documents are also processed electronically which allows our members from all
over the world to literally purchase and close on a property from the comfort of
their home. Our firm 10-day close feature ensures that our transactions are
processed and closed faster than any other entity on the market today. UPX
properties are listed a minimum of 5% below market value which allows us to
enable a first come first serve approach to the market. No multiple offers on
UPX, whoever submits an offer first gets the home!
UPX member base of cash investors covers the globe. In
addition to the entire United States, UPX currently has representation in
Australia, Japan, China, Singapore, Israel, and Canada. We are in the process of
expanding our services into the Florida, Arizona, and California real estate
markets to give our members an even larger database of investment homes to
choose from.
